Beauty From The Sea by Coffee & Mascara

Hiiiii Beauties and Welcome Back to my Blog
Today I’m going to be telling you about my Home Skin Care Routine and what brand do I use.. You guessed it REPECHAGE!!!
(I’m a Licensed Esthetician and I will give you tips in this post on how to Care for your skin whether it be with Repechage products or another brand)
I absolutely LOVE this skin care line as its Organic there are no harsh parabens and the ingredients are all natural and everything in there product line has Seaweed in it. They use 9 different types of Seaweed in there products and let me tell you, you definitely see results from this line! (And I have extremely sensitive skin and I’ve never had any reactions to these products)
I am also Certified by Repechage in Product knowledge.
At home every morning and night I use the Repechage T-Zone Balance Collection for Oily/Combination Skin
Now with any Skin Care Routine it is always a 3-Step Process! I’ll explain it to you now.
Removes all Dirt, Oil, Makeup and Environmental Pollutants from the Surface of your Skin.
 STEP 2:
Restores the Natural pH of your Skin after Cleansing.
 STEP 3:
Replenish and Balances Moisture and Oil to keep your Skin Soft, Smooth and Hydrated as well as Protecting your Skin.
These 3 Steps will keep your skin in the best possible condition that will result in Healthy, Glowing Skin.
Now a lot of you are probably wondering “Well what about Exfoliating and Masks? Where do they come into play?” .. Well I will tell you..
Exfoliating Scrubs are great to use 1 to 2 times per week,  it’s something I do on my skin twice a week. Using an Exfoliator allows for Deeper Pore Cleansing, it increases Circulation and Smooths the Skin by removing all of those dead skin cells that build up.
The exfoliator I personally use is the Honey Almond Scrub by Repechage
(If your allergic to nuts don’t worry Repechage has other exfoliators)
It’s a Grainy Scrub that I apply after Cleansing and Toning my skin.
Moisten your hands and massage gently but firmly into your skin for 7 to 10 minutes and then rinse with warm water.
Now Face Masks…
There are so many different Face Masks out there its hard to really choose which to get for your skin which is why I love Repechage because they have there products listed by Skin Type.
(Heres a brief view of how the drop down Skin Care menu looks on
I have very Oily Skin and am very prone to Breakouts and Blackheads so I use a Mud Mask,
The Repechage Hydra Medic Sea Mud Perfecting Mask

It’s a Yellow mud mask and it smells like Vicks Vapor Rub in my opinion but it works great for my skin. It Absorbs Oil  and Shrinks Pores. (Which is great because my skin is extremely Oily, and it makes my Pores appear Larger)
Like I said though there are so many different Masks you can use, for example Creme Masks for Dry Skin to add Moisture & Gel Masks for Sensitive Skin to Soothe skin and reduce Redness or Irritation.
Masks should only be used once a week or once every 2 weeks depending on your skin type.
While putting all of these Steps together this is the order in which you will use your products:
Daily Skin Care Routine: (Once in the Morning and Once before Bed)
1- Cleanse
2- Tone
3- Moisturize
Skin Care Routine 1-2/week: (Exfoliate Once at night before Bed)
1- Cleanse
2- Tone
3- Exfoliate
4- Moisturize
Skin Care Routine Once every 1-2 weeks: (Do Routine at night before Bed)
1- Cleanse
2- Tone
3- Exfoliate
4- Mask
5- Moisturize
Now this is just the Skin Care Brand I use as an Esthetician, you can use whatever brand you’d like just always remember the 3 steps CLEANSE – TONE – MOISTURIZE!
Thanks for Reading and I hope you take these tips into consideration for healthy skin!
Talk to you in my Next Post Beauties! xoxo
